Helping Organisations to Safeguard Employees from Stalking Risks

Our Story, Mission, and Core Values
Workplace Stalking Risk Management was established to support organisations recognise and respond effectively to stalking behaviours that impact employees and workplace safety.
Stalking often extends into the workplace. Employees may receive unwanted contact at work, have personal information accessed through organisational systems, or experience escalating behaviours that place them at risk. Many organisations have policies addressing domestic abuse and harassment, yet stalking behaviour presents distinct risks that are frequently under-recognised.
Drawing on over 16 years of frontline experience working with stalking and domestic abuse cases, the training is supported by our Workplace Stalking Risk Management Framework providing organisations with structured guidance on risk identification, safety planning and organisational response.
Our training supports organisations to:
- recognise stalking behaviours and patterns of escalation
- understand the risks stalking presents within workplace settings
- implement practical safety planning and safeguarding responses
- support employees while meeting legal and organisational responsibilities
Our approach combines frontline advocacy experience with an understanding of workplace risk management, safeguarding frameworks and relevant UK legislation.
The Workplace Stalking Risk Management Framework provides organisations with practical guidance for recognising risk, supporting affected employees and strengthening workplace safeguarding resonses.
