Training & Consultancy Fees

Workplace Stalking Risk Management provides specialist training and consultation to support organisations in recognising and responding to stalking behaviour affecting employees and workplace safety.

Training and consultation draw on extensive frontline experience working with stalking victims, safeguarding professionals, and multi-agency risk management processes.

Training is designed to provide practical guidance for organisations responsible for safeguarding, employee wellbeing, and workplace risk management.

 

Full-day specialist training workshop (in-person or online)

Starts from £1,500 – for 15 participants

I can cater for larger group sizes to meet the needs of your organisation.

Training includes practical guidance, real case examples, and workplace safeguarding strategies to support organisations in recognising and responding to stalking behaviour affecting staff.

Sessions can be delivered in person or online via Microsoft Teams.

Participant numbers are limited to support meaningful discussion and engagement during safeguarding training.

Travel expenses may apply depending on location.

 

Introductory Webinar / Briefing Session

A shorter session designed to introduce organisations to workplace stalking risk and safeguarding considerations.

1 - hour introductory webinar

£600 – up to 40 participants

The session provides an overview of:

• recognising stalking behaviours and patterns

• understanding risks to employees and workplaces

• initial considerations for organisational response

• practical awareness for managers, HR, and safeguarding leads

Delivered online via Microsoft Teams.

 

Specialist Case Consultation

Confidential consultation for organisations managing situations where stalking behaviour is affecting employee safety or workplace safeguarding.

Support may include:

• understanding stalking behaviour and escalation risk

• workplace safety planning considerations

• safeguarding advice for organisations

• understanding options when working with police or support services

Consultation fees

£175 per hour

or

£500 for a full case review (up to 3 hours) including consultation and written case summary.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

All consultations are handled with strict professional confidentiality.

Organisations are asked to ensure that all individuals are anonymised when discussing cases. No identifying personal information should be shared.

Workplace Stalking Risk Management does not collect, process, or store personal data relating to employees or individuals involved in cases.

Advice is provided based on the information shared by the organisation, and responsibility for case management and safeguarding decisions remains with the organisation.

Consultation is provided for organisational guidance and does not replace legal advice or formal safeguarding procedures.
